After the dearth of Arte Agora in our own neighborhood, the impending summer ushered in a renaissance and there is far more art popping.
We’ve seen a couple of instances where international artists with bigger gallery shows still seem to be getting up in the streets, like Dain NYC and Stinkfish.

In New York last month, we found plenty of Arte Agora including works by some faves such as Phoebe New York and Dylan Egon.
Sticker Maul, another Arte Agora artist we really admire, continues to evolve her practice.
This most recent shot from her own IG (below), shows her evolving her practice from words and images on 228s into a 3-D plane. I find this piece particularly compelling, where the introduction of figurines, and the showcase proscenium create drama for an important political message.
What about you? What Arte Agora are you seeing where you are? Hit us up, we’re always looking to learn more about new practitioners.
